The words of her song “Just do you” give inspiration to us all. “Every mountain needs someone to climb it” – there are so many personal, daily mountains to climb – physical/health mountains, emotional/relationship mountains, mental/political mountains, spiritual/energetic mountains to climb. Do it! Climb those mountains! Treat those mountains as challenges…
“Every ocean needs someone to dive in,” all over the world, no matter who you are, or what color of your skin, or your beliefs. Oceans symbolize emotions/feelings… dive in to them. Feel them. Immerse yourself…
“Every dream needs someone to wish it” – the power of positive thought and manifestation of your dreams. We can do it!
“Every adventure needs someone to live it” – every moment, every day can be an adventure. Live each day as an adventure.
“If you create the game then you create the rules!” – So, let’s try this! If you see your life as a game, how would that game look? Where would it be played, and with whom? And what are the rules? Sometimes life truly feels like a movie, a reality TV show, a game… it’s your game – you create the rules! How empowering!
“There’s a story waiting for you to write it” – everyone has a unique and incredible story to tell. You are your own story. Reflect on who you are, the experiences you’ve had, the mountains you’ve climbed and water you have dived into… the physical, the emotional, the mental and the spiritual story of your life. Write it! Please!
“There’s a treasure waiting for you to find it” – every moment, every day… I see the treasure before me… it may start with picking up a penny then flow into a desire/thought that I then go with, which leads me to the next treasure…
“There’s a picture waiting for you to paint it” – over the years I have used this metaphor in my workshops. I associate it with a 6th chakra/opening/activity… the ability to manifest our reality, our lives from this moment forward, to visualize it, paint it. Be specific… do you want tall trees? Grass? What people do you want in your picture? What type of car? Job? Fun toys? What colors do you pick? Red relates to physical, orange to sex/creativity, yellow to power, green to heart connections, blue to self expression, purple to insights/lessons, and white light (that which encompasses all, relates to our spiritual connection, energy body).
“There’s a dollar waiting for you to make it” – same process, visualize then materialize! Make it happen! Merge the upper chakras with the lower chakras, visualize then make it happen! Action your thoughts/insights.
Stay positive, especially during these crazy times. Use your time to create your own reality, to visualize it, make it happen. The mind is a powerful thing. Use it! Energy follows awareness so focus your energy on what you desire, and see it manifest!
